What you need to list

  1. Names and what they play (microphones where needed)
  2. Equipment you are bringing vs backline that you need venue to supply
  3. Frontline (how many channels connected to main PA, subwoofer needed?)
  4. Stage Plot
  5. Link to your music 
  6. Contact information
  7. Thank you
 "If the venue is unable to provide any of the equipment above, please contact [band representative with email] so we can coordinate other arrangements." (you need backup plans)

Remember details

  • Electrical power needed
  • Monitor speakers
  • Tables
