Yesterday (Wednesday) the team from Coalition Music shared their experiences managing top musicians and bands over the years in Canada, and gave the invitation- only group at Music Matters Academy ideas about how the music scene can grow in Singapore as well.
Thanks to Rob Lanni in particular for the chat at our table, and a short out to the good folks of indie band The Sam Willows (also in photo with me representing Cosmic Armchair), who just had a song produced by the legendary Steve Lillywhite.
I highly encourage musicians who want to grow in the scene to join SGMUSO, the organization for Singapore musicians that helped set this up and got so many of us access to international contacts.
