The Grainger Museum of experimental musical instruments (Melbourne Australia)

If you are a musician and visit Melbourne, you must visit the Grainger Museum at University of Melbourne. Unlike ordinary museums, you can actually touch and play and make sounds (music, if you're lucky) on the exhibits. I visited in April and was fortunate enough to even meet the legendary Les Craythorn and chat with him. Here are some photos and video from my trip.

The Grainger Museum is a repository of items documenting the life, career and music of the composer, folklorist, educator and pianist Percy Grainger, located in the grounds of the University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. More details and directions at https://grainger.unimelb.edu.au/
